After you have sent us the form and we have reviewed it, we will send you an acceptance of your return request via email.                                                                                          Once you have received it, please return your products to us securely packed in the original bag. Send your package back to us with tracking.                                                              In case your package is lost, you will need to negotiate the cost coverage with your chosen shipping provider. In the event of a lost package, we will not be able to provide a refund.
